Hair care

Hair like human beings has a life-cycle. Hair is grown under the proper nutrition. Every hair that grows has to fall out one day. But new hair will grow at the same place, after sometime. There is a natural balance between the rate at which hair falls and the rate at which new hair grows. Any disturbance in this balance can result in an emotionally-discomforting condition of either an excess fall out of hair or hairless all over the body. Hair can also fall because of tension, stress, hormonal imbalance and heredity. These can be cured well by dermatologists when the hair condition is severe. There are many techniques to improve the growth of hair including hair transplantations etc.

Now-a-days, excess loss of hair is very common to humans. It also happens due to various reasons such as emotional and physical stress of urban life, local scalp infection, increase of dry addiction, hormonal imbalances and vitamin deficiency during teenage and pregnancy etc.

The phenomenon of falling hair might be linked to the rate of hair growth, length of the hair growth, length of the hair, age and even the color of the hair. It is normal to shed from 80 to 100 strands of hair per day. On any day, about 90 per cent hair is in growing stage. Interestingly, the fall-out occurs mostly in the morning.

Hair can also lose because of hereditary, or caused due to trauma, diseases, drugs, chemicals, local scalp infection, menopause, birth control pills, emotional and environmental stress, anxiety, pregnancy and hormonal imbalance.

The most important aspect any treatment for hair is the proper diagnosis. It could be hair falling from the scalp or hair falling due to lack of moisture in either the scalp or hair. Deep conditioning and nourishing the hair are the recommend priorities to prevent excess hair loss. It is best to drink plenty of water for the promotion of healthy hair. Massage is a very mandatory tool of the scalp treatment, an increased supply of nutrition and oxygen to the hair.

One should not hurt the hair by hard equipments. Extra care should be taken when treating with the hair. Fresh fruit juices can encourage healthy hair. Improve the protein content in diet can also give up the better growth of the hair. It is also reliable to stop the habits of intake of caffeine, alcohol, drug and chemicals. If a person is losing excess hair then he is supposed to keep in touch with the dermatologist as early as possible. Thus helps to stick with colorful life style. Hair is the important thing that connects to the personality.
