Low-fat diet for weight loss

If you are obese and have a strong desire to lose weight then your diet should be low in fat, especially saturated fat. The diet can also includes lean meat, poultry, seafood, low fat cheese, eggs, egg substitutes and a wide variety of vegetables and fruits, cereal, skim and non-fat milk, wheat, multi-grain and pita bread, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, peas, beans and lentils.
