Those who are vegetarians can develop the habit of eating vitamin B12 supplements to reduce the risks of cardiovascular disease. It is because vitamin B12 deficiency increases the levels of homocysteine, an amino acid.

Even those who consume non-vegetarian food occasionally are not protected from cardiovascular diseases. But it can help to prevent heart diseases sometimes to someone’s. It is bad to know that the risk in vegetarians is four times higher than in non-vegetarian of cardiac diseases. Non-vegetarian food is partially bad and good. But it is well and effective when it was taken in limited portions.

If the body poses a higher level of homocystairo, it can increases the chances of blood clotting, which squeezes the blood vessels. Thus it decreases the flow of blood supply to the brain causes stroke. It can cause significant disability in the form of paralysis, loss of speech, loss of vision, unsteadiness, double vision or even loss of consciousness.
